What we collect

• Estimator and application details: name, work email, optional phone, agency name and website, role, specialisms, placement type, consultants, revenue and fee bands, new-business sources, BD time, client concentration, budget, readiness and decision-maker.
• Partially entered leads: a valid email is saved before completion, as explained next to the form. Campaign parameters and referral source are stored with your answers, scores, findings and estimates.
• Booking details if you schedule a call through our booking provider.
• Cookie data where you have consented — see our Cookie Policy.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to you, assess fit and prepare for calls (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). Where you consent, we may contact you about winning new clients; you can object or withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

We use service providers to host data, deliver follow-up messages ([webhook / CRM provider]) and manage bookings ([booking provider]). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Retention
